• 6:45 am – Arrival at event site.

Van goes back down to do a pickup at Accra Mall at 11:15 am

• 6:30 pm – Departs from Conference site to Accra

Vendors/Volunteers are first priority

Shuttle (van) 2:

•6:30pm – Departs from Conference site to Accra

Shuttle (van) 3:

• 6:30 pm – Departs to Mampong – priority security and overnight vendors 

 *SATURDAY CONCERT SHUTTLE BUS DEPARTURE FROM ACCRA TIMES:* 

•3:30 pm – Accra Mall

•4:15 pm – Legon Mall

•5:00 pm – Ɔyarifa Mall

•5:45 pm- Arrival at the concert site

 *DEPARTURE TO ACCRA:* 

• 10:30 pm – BUS 1- First Priority are Volunteers, Vendors, Performers 

• 11:00 pm – VAN 2 & Van 3- All others remaining.

We encourage all to utilize the shuttle service to ensure timely and efficient travel between the conference and festival events.
